ROLE OVERVIEW
Providing creative direction and brand presentation across all touchpoints in the customer journey on the Size and Foot Patrol websites. Planning and managing campaigns across the facias, developing ideas, suggestions and introducing new initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing all Multi-Channel creative through from initial concept to final execution
Working side by side with the size and Foot Patrol marketing teams to produce assets that can be used across all touch points.
Ensuring brand consistency across all channels, working with retail, marketing and the digital marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are executed seamlessly
Managing the Multi-Channel design and production teams to ensure that BAU commercial content e.g. emails, site changes etc. are completed in a timely fashion and adhere to brand guidelines whilst also upholding best practice.
Working alongside the Head of Multi-Channel, the marketing team and Multi-Channel Lead to help drive the Multi-Channel business forward.
As part of the Multi-Channel team, setting a great example to all colleagues of the business
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
Management experience
Must be organised and able to manage work loads.
Able to work accurately and effectively, quickly turn work around whilst maintaining a high level of quality.
Able to react to retail in an ever changing environment.
Must be self motivated and pro-active.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge of HTML, Adobe Flash and After Effects is advantageous.
Strong all round creative portfolio, expressing layout skills in web design, typography, photography and graphic design.
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and planning
Must be passionate for digital design and have an interest in web design, typography, moving image and everything digital.
Desire to develop and gain a greater understanding of the business.
