As the Customer Service Team Leader you’ll be an integral member of an exciting, hyper growth company as we continue to expand our service globally. If you enjoy working in a start-up culture, where ambiguity inspires your creativity, StockX may be the place for you!

 

Responsibilities include:

Handling all customer servicing needs and support, specifically for European customers
Help manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish
Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
Review or make changes to customer accounts
Record details of customer conversations and actions taken
Research answers or solutions as needed
Work to improve customer service by monitoring support communications
Being early on-the-ground support for StockX ramp up in European market
Potentially filling other roles and needs across the business as they come up

Required qualifications:

3-5 years of Customer Service or related experience, with increasing responsibilities
Comfortable in a fast-pace, startup work environment – things change here quickly and you need to be able to pivot and adapt
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
Proficient in MS Office, google drive, Slack and other common basic office software
Experience managing others and keen ability to build their trust
Comfortable strategizing, managing processes and executing
Ability to manage large workloads, prioritize

Preferred qualifications:

Undergraduate degree
Bilingual: English, German, French, Italian, etc.
